The Orso is a custom 27-foot aluminum pilothouse built to provide a stable, efficient, and heated workspace for light marine survey work, environmental sampling, and scientific data collection out of Nome, Alaska.

  • Features: Heated, walk-around cabin, Garmin GPS, VHF, Radar, and depth sounder.

  • Capacity: Up to six passengers

  • Licensing: USCG licensed OUPV captain with extensive local operating experience

Charter Rates & Commercial Booking

For a one-day booking with a captain, rates are roughly as follows (but are not final depending on scope of work):

  • 1-hour: $399

  • 2-hour: $799

  • 4-hour/half-day: $1,499

  • 8-hour/full-day: $2,499
